This blog is focused on the jurisprudence and work of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes and the interaction of international investment dispute resolution with broader issues of public international law.

I’m also keenly interested, in public international law moots – especially the Jessup moot and once in a while share thoughts on those with my readers.
